Is there a way I can set my food diary to do the netcarb count for me?

  • What I do is have fiber as one of the nutrients tracked... that way you can just subtract them from the overall carb count :)

This is about the only thing you can do. There are some entries in the diary that are net carb, but then it gets confusing.

You can give this a try...
    http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/124645
Script Summary: Adds display of Carb/Protein/Fat percentages to any daily food diary page. Also adds "Real Calories" calculation based off 4/4/9 algorithm. Based on "MyFitnessPal Percentages", modified by Surye to add low carb features such as net carbs. Requires the following columns: Fat, Protein, Carbs, Fiber

It only works with certain web browsers.
