Hi folks! I have made a commitment to myself! I am putting my health and well being first! Here's to a wonderful New Year and New Me! I will be starting Medifast 4-2-1 Plan 12/30/13! I would love to hear from any newbies, folks on the 4-2-1 Plan, motivational/helpful/positive folks! I'm so excited to be on this journey with you all!
