As you can see, I have a long way to go! I have no abdominal strength, or any strength anywhere for that matter. I know this challenge is going to cause some serious pain, but I'm getting married in April and really don't want to be fat for my wedding! I have been slowly getting into a healthy routine and starting January 1st I am going to seriously start working! I know I wont hit my goal weight before my wedding, But I would really like to be under 200!0 -

Hi I am Kitty, lost 77lbs since joining and in the last year lost 90lbs total. I would like to loose another 15lbs. Went from a 22-24 to size 6/7. I am 5'9. I have been maintaining since August to give my body a break since I lost the weight pretty quickly. Now focusing on tightening up the loose skin (belly is an issue), eating more protien to supplement the muscle mass I lost initially and maintaining this new lifestyle.0

Hey! My name is Sandy. I have lost about 10lbs since following this food diary! I havn't got on the scales lately because of the holidays. So I'm not sure if I have lost or maintained. I started at 150lb and last time I weighed at 140. I would like to loose 5 to 7 more pounds. I am excited about the ab challenge. Currently I excersise about 4 times a week (except the last 2 weeks). I like Focus T25, Insanity, 10 Minute Trainer, and even Tae Bo!! I work full time, so my workout time is right after work. I get home and change and go right to is. If I don't, I won't......so I do!!
