My weight and inches went up, but overall my strength and muscle tone have improved so I'm THRILLED!! Also, I’ve noticed less carpal tunnel pain, even after 30+ pushups. Praise God!! If you are looking for a good workout routine, BEACHBODY videos WORK! They have gospel aerobics, athletic aerobics, yoga, all kinds of stuff. The key is to pick something and STICK with it! Modify it if you have to (to protect joints or previous injuries), but STICK WITH IT!!
