I have a question

I just did Heybale's spreadsheet after resetting for 12 weeks, and my TDEE is 2316... but becuase of my stats and work outs the worksheet has me eating at 1632, which is a cut of 29.6%. Is this correct? I was under the assumption that I should only be cutting by 10 or 15%... According to the worksheet my deficit is based on 77 lbs left to lose and the % of heavy cardio to lifting ratio. I guess I would just like verification... Am I supposed to cut by the 29.6% or 10% -15%?
Thanks!
Thanks!

EM2WL recommends a 15% cut. Taking too steep of a deficit will result in slowing the metabolism (which is exactly what we are trying to avoid...)0
