Ok, some more procedural guidance. We have 63 signed into the group so far, around 32 have entered their MFP userid on the spreadsheet. Those who have not put your user name on the list, please do (if you don't I will assume you are out or just watching from the bleachers). The spreadsheet is on a Google share drive, use the listed URL to get to it. YOU are responsible for logging your starting weight on January 1st and then on subsequent Monday's until April 1. Your Goal Loss = Starting Weight - Goal Weight. I will keep the data and formula's up to date and rank order the list of names by order of highest percentage of goal attained each week--it's a race to the finish.
Some folks don't have any experience with spreadsheets, if that's you send me a direct message with your weekly weigh-in results and I'll take care of it.
