Hello! I am new to the group and I was wanting see what success you ladies had doing T25? I have done Insanity and Asylum 1 & 2 this year and Im pretty pumped to start T25! I have seen GREAT results using the other programs and I just wanted to see what you ladies thought of it? I have about 17 more pounds to go to reach my over all goal. Did you follow the diet plan? Did you eat clean? Thanks
