Today I walked 45 minutes with a few minutes of jogging in between. Then I stretched with 20 minutes of yoga.
Feeling great. :)

    I did it!
    Walked four miles today which put me over 100 miles!
    Proud of myself and will do it again in January.
    4 miles + 97 miles = 101 miles :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

    Great job Airdiva on surpassing your December goal! Good luck in January.

    I walked for 60 minutes this morning, although a quarter of that could have been logged as skating! We had a couple days just above
    freezing which led to a big thaw and now the temp is back down and there is lots of ice to navigate.

    Wow! That is some dedication walking on ice! In Alaska we had cleats to strap on our shoes, to prevent the sliding or worse: broken bones. You are one tough cookie!

    Yes, they sell them here in Canada as well. I guess I should think about getting some or just use my gym...but the treadmill is soooo boring and I'd rather be outside even if it is a little cold.
