Today I walked 45 minutes with a few minutes of jogging in between. Then I stretched with 20 minutes of yoga.

I did it!
Walked four miles today which put me over 100 miles!
Proud of myself and will do it again in January.

I walked for 60 minutes this morning, although a quarter of that could have been logged as skating! We had a couple days just above
freezing which led to a big thaw and now the temp is back down and there is lots of ice to navigate.0 -

Wow! That is some dedication walking on ice! In Alaska we had cleats to strap on our shoes, to prevent the sliding or worse: broken bones. You are one tough cookie!0

Yes, they sell them here in Canada as well. I guess I should think about getting some or just use my gym...but the treadmill is soooo boring and I'd rather be outside even if it is a little cold.0
