Please Share- What has worked for you? Foods, Exercise

Hello. When I started this group, the goal was to form a community of ladies moving towards a common yet individualized goal. We are only as strong as one another. So, having said that we are now at the end of another year, a time of reflection.

Please, share with the group what has worked for you? Feel free to share what didn't as well. The goal is to learn from each other.

For me; walking has been my greatest ally along my goal but now I am at a loss as it is cold where I live. I now need to find indoor exercises that will work just as well. Any suggestions? As far as eating- weighting out my portions helps alot as I already eat healthy but may eat 2 cups of grapes instead of the correct serving of 1. Also, baby carrots or nuts with a piece of fruit around 8 has help keep away the hungry monster after dinner and the ravenous as soon as I wake up. The is nothing better than just waking up vs waking up HUNGRY :laugh:
