Sweetened with stevia, this new Vega Sport Hydrator drink mix is 100% plant-based, with no dairy, gluten, or soy.

It also provides considerably more potassium and magnesium than Powerade Zero. One tub makes 45 servings.

Retails for about $35 here in Canada. Probably cheaper for 'Muricans.

Honestly? It is a little chalky, but not too bad. Hard to avoid that with so many electrolytes in it.

I mix maybe 80% of a scoop to avoid this, and just have an extra glass during the day. No macros in it, so no need to enter it into MFP, either.

EDIT: The 'Berry' flavour is much better than the 'Lemon/Lime'.

What stores would carry it? I live in the US.

Also, how would mixing in some fiber go with that?

I can't help with U.S. retail, sorry. If it's here in Canada, it's got to be out in the States.

Ah, you can buy it online.

I mix PGX into it, so I suppose any fiber would go with it OK.

    I like Saltstick tablets.

Formulated to closely resemble the electrolyte profile lost during activity: sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium.
Each capsule contains: 215 mg sodium, 63 mg potassium, 22 mg calcium, 11 mg magnesium, 100 IU Vitamin D

    I get them from Amazon.

Great minds think alike; I was looking at those for the summer -- they have a really cool dispenser that mounts inside your bicycle's handebars! Hope I can find them here in Canada without having to pay duty.
