Day 1 is down and in the books. X3 is nothing like X. The key to many of the exercises is good body balance. If your not a fan of Yoga you will find this a bit challenging at times. The up side to the work out .....it's only 30 minutes.

I'm on day 4 od the double schedule. The warrior and CVX is on the chopping block. I Just finished CVX and burned 542 calories...crazy intense!!!!0
