Totally!! 50 pushups before breakfast!!
Goals:
100 granny pushups
3.5 minutes of jump ropes
3.5 minutes of hula hooping
3.5 minutes of shoveling, stoking, tucking, churning, with barbell
3.5 minutes of stirring, pickups (deadlifts), get ups(squats), overhead woodchops, hammering
3.5 minutes of glute/hip raises
3.5 minutes of sledgehammers
2 sets of Blaster Butt with HASfit.com
2 sets of standing abs with HASfit.com
3.5 minutes of belly dancing
14 minutes of stairs with weighted backpack
By 3.5 minutes, I mean, one song. I'm going to try working out to music instead of counting reps. I'll see how it works.

Thanks trying to get these goals done. Looking forward to an even fitter new year.. Insanity was added in 2013 and I upped my
push ups from 200 a weekday to 500-1000 a weekday. This group has kept me motivated as I lost my workout partner here at work.
