Totally Killing It Tuesday!!

Totally!! 50 pushups before breakfast!!

Goals:
100 granny pushups
3.5 minutes of jump ropes
3.5 minutes of hula hooping
3.5 minutes of shoveling, stoking, tucking, churning, with barbell
3.5 minutes of stirring, pickups (deadlifts), get ups(squats), overhead woodchops, hammering
3.5 minutes of glute/hip raises
3.5 minutes of sledgehammers
2 sets of Blaster Butt with HASfit.com
2 sets of standing abs with HASfit.com
3.5 minutes of belly dancing
14 minutes of stairs with weighted backpack

By 3.5 minutes, I mean, one song. I'm going to try working out to music instead of counting reps. I'll see how it works.

    That's awesome, chani8! Looks like a great plan. I might look for a timed song, too.

    So far:
    check - 100 granny pushups
    check - 3.5 mins of jump ropes
    3.5 minutes of hula hooping
    check - 3.5 min of shoveling

    check - 4 mins of glute/hip raises
    check - 4 mins of sledgehammers

    check - 2 sets of standing abs with HASfit.com
    add and check - 3.5 mins of loading (3k)
    3.5 minutes of belly dancing
    14 minutes of stairs with weighted backpack

    Wow on the 3.5 minutes - much harder this way, and I kept thinking all kinds of bad things about the song! lol

    Thanks trying to get these goals done. Looking forward to an even fitter new year.. Insanity was added in 2013 and I upped my
    push ups from 200 a weekday to 500-1000 a weekday. This group has kept me motivated as I lost my workout partner here at work.
    600 push ups----465 so far
    600 twists----505 so far
    200 bicep curls---200 Winning
    25 pistol squats----15 so far

    Wow gang you are totally killing it on Tuesday! Slacking a bit at work today, but did manage to hit the gym @ 4 freakin thirty.

    40 squats
    20 pushups
    50 bicep cules 6 #
    8591 steps
    41 oz water

    I agree with Sims, I feel lucky to have found this group. Not only do you motivate me, you keep me accountable.

    This group has been so much fun! Your logs help motivate me, and my being able to brag a little, helps motivate me, too. :)

    I wish there were "Like" buttons so you'd know that I see your posts and that I'm cheering each of you on.

    Wishing you all a Happy New Year!! I posted on my home page that my new year resolution is to hopefully do 14 minutes of exercise every day (except for Shabbat and holy days) for the year 2014.
