Sorry for no posts but I have been keeping track of mileage. I found out yesterday that I have a torn lateral meniscus so I go to the orthopedic doc to find out how bad. Hopefully it will not curtail my running.

holy moly, it feels good to be back! Took all of last week off, got knocked on my @SS by the flu. Started week 2 of C25K yesterday at the gym on the treadmill, adding 1.75 miles
