@Sandywerks - isn't it just the best seeing the mileage go up and being amazed you did that? I still remember the feeling I had when I trained for my first half. Way to go!!
@Leanz - what did I miss? Why can't you run? Hope you are ok.
I did 3 miles today on top of my training session. I'm a tired puppy but now that I'm back in the green I'm trying to stay there.

January 14 - 2 miles, walking
January 15 - 1 mile, walking
January 17 - 6 miles (2 treadmill, 3 bike, 1 elliptical)

Work is threatening to get in the way of moving. :sad: I thought I would miss my step goal but I did take a couple of laps around the house and up and down the stairs after work to add some distance.
4.5 miles today January total 92.8 miles
I am going to be very thankful for getting those extra miles in so far this month. :bigsmile: Moving is going to get a whole lot harder to schedule in. :sad:

Is it too late to up my goal by another 50 miles?
I wanted to do kettlebell workouts, which I have been doing and thought my walking would suffer but it seems I can't stop walking.
If it is possible my new goal would be 125 miles total for January. If it is not possible, it doesn't matter, I will just carry on walking anyway.0 -
