Calories and tracking are the easy ones for me, it's the exercise that's giving me trouble right now. I have a nasty head cold but woke up feeling a little better this morning so got the dog to the park and then came home and put Christmas away and did some cleaning. I'll be glad when I can get back to the gym but I put in a good hour and a half or two hours I wouldn't have normally done today.
Found a great quote this morning and thought it would be nice way to bring in 2014!
