Calories? Yep....but only because I exercised! I couldn't stop eating today!
Exercise? Yep.....it was the best way to keep myself out if the pantry!

Oh so happy to be back on track. Today was surprisingly tough, I should have been able to coast somewhat calorically, having overeaten yesterday (and days before that). And my energy level was lower than what I would have liked while exercising. But I trust the process. If I can just string together a few more days like today I expect my energy level to pick up again. Once again, so very happy to be here, and grateful for our illustrious hostess and moderator.
