So, I had originally decided that I was going to allow myself to eat back exercise cals and still count it as being under my calorie budget. Thats what I did today (although I'm usually right around my cal budget excluding workout calories), but I've decided to challenge myself, I don't want to eat back exercise cals this month. So if I do, I will count myself out of this challenge.0 -
