In for the cardio! I didn't see it yesterday, but today I did a 55 minute workout plus a one mile run... one hour and seven minutes!

Here are my main resolutions. I have some more personal ones as well. If any of you guys have similar resolutions and would like to hold eachother accountable, send me a friend request!

    -Log and workout every day
-Beat this plateau. I don't care if I lose 1 oz, I am tired of being at this weight! :)
    -No bingeing
-Eat only whole grains and don't eat carbs after 3pm (makes me bloated)
-Do yoga on Saturdays (my rest day)
-Only one treat per week, preferably less
-Finish 12 weeks of turbofire, repeat Insanity, complete the two asylum workouts, les mills combat and maybe P90X3
    -Run an 8 minute mile
    -Run 5 miles without stopping
-Weight train once a week (would love some accountability for this one, please!)
    -Run once a week
-Lose my "muffin top" and get down to <20% body fat
    -Have visible abs
    -Read the entire Bible
-Finish the year with a 3.8 or higher GPA

Okay I am in. I avg that any how! LOL! :)

    Optional Mental Mini-Challenge:
List your resolutions in this thread.
    1. Continue to lose weight.
    2. Able to read the scale without getting depressed.
    3. Continue to learn to eat healthier meals. And like BLillard68's -- This is not a diet or exercise plan it is my lifestyle.....NOW !!!!
    4. Exercise the earliest I can in each day.

I did one hour yesterday between my treadmill and a walk.

I think snow shoveling will help get me over an hour in the few days.

Wish we had snow, rather than ALL THIS RAIN!!! 33min walk, 33min run and then another walk. Day two and I'm still in.

OOOH mini challenges? I will watch for next week. Baby steps.

    Resolutions?

I am going to live this motto for 2014:

Doing the same things will not create different results.

I plan to be more active in 2014 than ever before!

Darn, I'm out already of the mini challenge. I did my 30 min run in my lunch break, but this atrocious weather we are having put pay to my plans for tonight. Didn't even walk the dogs, too windy and too rainy. Good luck to the rest. I'll be reading my book now. Cip X
