I lost a pound last week. Don't know about Labor Day week think I might have to pay the fines. But I had a great Labor Day so it's worth it!0

Woo hoo...switched trackers mid week because one of the KOPS in my group is using MFP. I was biggest loser of the week tonight and she was runner up!!!!0

Last Friday I gained a.4#. While I did better this week am not able to attend today due to transportation issues. :sad:0
