Major Goals:

1) To eat ice cream every day in January

On days when for some unforeseen reason, I cannot have ice cream, I will have at least one moderate serving of one or more of the following:
- Pop Tarts
- Dairy Milk Cookie Crunch Chocolate Bar
- Pancakes with Maple Syrup and Butter
- Potato Chips
- French Fries
- Cheeseburgers
- Pizza
- Donuts
- Cheesecake

2) In addition to the ice cream, I will fulfill my macro/micro/fiber goals by incorporating the following:

- Chicken breast
- Variety of green salads
- Fiber One Cereal
- Peanut butter
- Protein Powder

3) to lose 2-4 lbs during the month.

4) Weight train faithfully on Mon, Weds and Fridays .
Just started the Allpro beginners routine 16 weeks ago.

Minor goals:

5) to help demolish the silly myths by orthorexics and food shamers.

6) to show that you can still enjoy foods you like while losing weight.


Will also periodically post my progress, random musings and pics of ice cream.

    i thought long and hard about repeating my October 2013 challenge this month (without the Halloween candy temptation), but decided that i didn't need that distraction right now. i think i may do it in February instead.

    I will keep the home fires burning. I would need a break from pizza too. Ice cream is a little easier to do on a daily basis. I find it almost compulsory now. It would likely be a challenge to give it up. :bigsmile:

    Hopefully. My numbers are off a bit somewhere though. Not by a lot, and I don't know whether it's from my Bodymedia or my intake, but lately, I usually have to have about a 5,000 calorie deficit to lose a lb. It's not a big deal because I am aware of it and realize it will take a bit longer than the simple "if everyday was like today" calculation says. Oh well.
