It is recommended that you should drink half of your bodyweight in ounces of water a day, and more than that if you do strenuous exercise. So for example, if you weigh 140 pounds, you should be drinking 70 ounces of water a day. That much water a day can seem overwhelming at first, but slowly increase your water intake each day, and you'll be drinking as much water as you should be every day!0

Try replacing sour cream with low fat or no fat greek yogurt. Greek yogurt has a lot of protein and tastes very similar to sour cream when eaten by itself. My favorite Greek yogurt is the Fage brand with 0% fat0
