I cannot wait until I feel well enough to go back to the gym. I never thought I'd actually miss going...............yikes
Managed to get my stretches, crunches, etc in today at home.

Yes but I am still making some poor food choices
Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes but still haven't made it back to the gym yet. With the family still on vacation it's hard. However with this challenge I am thinking about how I can work something in everyday
Did I keep track of everyting I ate and drank? Yes and knowing I have to log is making me snack less

I would not have made it yesterday without this challenge. Had it all planned out with calories to spare. Then hubby opens a can of nuts. Normally I would have dug right in but I resisted and had only a couple of nuts was under calorie my goal

Caradae, I just have to tell you that this is the greatest challenge ever!
I have been attempting (unsuccessfully) to keep a food journal for years...this is exactly the motivation that I needed!
