Hello everyone, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tameika, I live in IL and I'm a 4th year PhD student and I am DETERMINED to lose weight. I went through a lot of things last year that caused me to get off track and of course I emotionally ate, which sucks. But its a new year with new possibilities,Im graduating in August and getting married in Sept and I am hoping to lose a substantial amount of weight but my goal is to lose 100 lbs+. I know I can do it!! I wish you all success in your weight lose and let's make 2014 a great year!! I look forward to being on this journey with you all

Hi Tameika and congrats on the upcoming wedding! I too have an ambitious goal for 2014, and I also hope to be at goal weight by August
