Prep week: Get yourself weighed, have your body fat% registered if you want, make sure you’re registered on myfitnesspal and a part of our Team Springs group. Are you ready to go? Think about what you want to accomplish in this challenge. Take a moment and visualize how you want your 12 weeks to shape up (pun intended!). Since there are no planned group workouts or activities in this challenge you are, in one sense, on your own as to how you plan your weight loss game plan. I will be posting ideas, tips, articles each week so that you have some resources to go to. Also, myfitnesspal is an incredible resource all by itself. In another sense though, you are anything but on your own because you are a member of Team Springs and can benefit from all the support and encouragement that comes with your ‘membership’! So take a deep breath and let’s have some fun!
