    Going back to work tomorrow after two weeks off (teacher). Even though I have been making sure to do some type of physical activity, whether it be exercise, yard work, etc, I have not lost any weight over this time off. I really think it is because I am used to moving all day while at work and that what I am doing is not enough to replace my norm and lose weight at the same time. I sure am hoping that changes once I go back to work!

    Tough day today. Was hungry often this afternoon. Ate some things I shouldn't which increased cravings. Anyway, did 40 minutes of a tough workout at around 11:00pm tonight because I procrastinated on the daily workout and was also over in calories.:sad:

    I wanted to just give in!! Thanks for this group.

    Great way to recover!! NEVER just give in....you are worth so much more than that!!:drinker:

    If when you get back to work you still aren't losing, look again at your calories in vs. calories out. Make sure you are weighing and measuring every BLT (Bite, Lick, Taste)...YOU WILL SEE RESULTS!! :drinker:

    Since I wasn't able to get a run in early, usually on weekends it's harder to get a workout in! Hubby wanted to go see a movie than out to lunch we did! When we got home, I REALLY didn't want to go out for a walk :sad: :sad: I did, yay! I was even able to just eat ONE cookie, :drinker: :drinker: Thanks to you guys, I CAN do this!:smile::smile:

    Oh yeah baby....fight that lazy urge!! :bigsmile: YOU ARE AWESOME!!! :drinker:
