I'm taking this thing one day at a time.
So today I am committed to:
Drinking only water.
Wearing my Body Media Fit all day.
Eating fruits and veggies at every meal.

Getting in my workout
Increasing my water

Keeping an optimistic and positive attitude

I'm taking it one day at a time, watching what goes in my mouth, drinking water. Not rushing the weight off. dedicated to my waist training garment and staying focus.. I got to do this for me,
I want to lose 30 by July (my birthday) and the other 30 by Dec 2014,,, so that gives me bout 6 lbs a month to lose more is good but 6 should be a piece of cake..0 -
I had a good day today. I found a YouTube dance video that was a great 40 minute workout. Worked hard on getting 64 oz in today. Must do better with the h2O! I stayed under and I logged everything.

Not having a cocktail at the office function I am working overtime at tonight.
Not because I can't afford the calories (I drink vodka and soda) but because I know I am already tired and I will feel and regret it tomorrow :bigsmile:0 -

stay under caleries from MFP - workout caleries
get to bed by 10:30PM
