Bobby Deen's Chessy Mac

Today I made Bobby Deen's version of macaroni and cheese. Based off of his mother's recipe (Paula Deen), but tweaked quite a bit to seriously reduce the calories and fat. It is AMAZINGLY TASTY. I didn't follow his directions perfectly because I didn't have exactly what he used, but it's delicious all the same.

My only changes is that I used No Yolks Egg Noodles, Kraft 2% Shredded Mozzarella, and instead of bread crumbs, I just used whole wheat toast to make my own crumbs. Comfort food perfect for the snow storms we've been having in the northeast of the U.S.!
