Hey there! Just wanted to share something that has really made a big difference in the past. I know being chained to a desk and not getting to physically move a lot adds to our stress level. I started walking in place, lunges and pushups off my desk have really helped my to lose. I also try to stick with weight training. I was told that if you have a stressful job, you release a lot more cortisol when you do aerobics. Both of these have almost doubled my weekly weight loss. I sip my water but can't run to the bathroom constantly so Im not drinking as much as I would like. Any suggestions?
