Logging and Journaling

It may seem tedious to log your food and log your activity and share with others but it sure helps me stay honest. So do my daily weigh-ins. I find that if I skip any of these essential steps, that my weight creeps up and before long it's 5 lbs around my middle. The tools on this site, however, make it a bit more fun. It's like a new math problem every day. If I exercise this much, I can consume these number of calories and lose weight. Cool!

    I could not agree more Joyce! I think logging and tracking and journaling helps to tie you to your journey a little deeper and maybe helps to strengthen the commitment. Thanks for sharing!
