Bit borderline with my cals today, but I made it. The bad weather continues making life hard on the exercise front.

So glad to get away from the soda again. I was doing good til Christmas week, lack of sleep I needed more caffine and protein drinks to give me energy
I'm also stopping the soda addiction for 2014....so far NOT ONE!! :drinker: I still want one though!! Today was the first day in a really long time that I actual drank 8 glasses of just water!!0 -

I have the flu, if I can count loading dishwasher, going up and down stairs for a few loads of laundry, folding some clothes, and doing some general pick up around the house from time to time whenever I felt good enough to get up, that adds to about 20 mins then yes. If not, I'll see you in Feb for the next challenge.

Sorry you aren't feeling well. Here is what Caradae said in FAQ:
If you get sick, you need to follow your doctor's orders. To remain in the challenge, you must continue to keep track of your consumed calories and check-in every day. When recovering from physcial illness, we can't always stick to our calorie goals or exercise. When you check in, state that the reason you didn't exercise or stick to your calorie goal was because of illness. If you're sick for more than 5 days during the challenge month, you're out. As much as I would like The Ultimate Accountablity Challenge to accomodate everyone, if you're frequently sick you should find a more specialized challenge.0 -

Harder day, got low blood sugar from stopping eating too early last night and was shaky this morning, after orange juice and small meal better but took rest of day to feel normal, I did housework for exercise in afternoon.
