Barely made it! I had dinner at a Mexican restaurant and ate 1500 calories for dinner! Yikes! The only thing that saved me was being so busy throughout the day cleaning and organizing closets that I didn't really eat much the rest of the day. That's not good either but it is what it is.
I go back to work today so I believe getting back to normal will be a huge help. I am lowering my calories back to weight loss levels. They have been at maintenance because of the holidays but now it's back to work!0 -
