Hello guys,
i started my weight loss journey 6 months ago.. lost 40 pounds, not very happy since I lost a fair amount of muscle too. Now i want to shift my focus on putting on muscle. Apart from eating a surplus and progressive weight training is there anything else to be kept in mind ? Please help me out guys. Thanks a ton

The other thing that you need to make sure is to get enough protein. It depends on your body fat percentage as to how much is ideal, but aiming for between 1g/lb/lbm and 1g/lb/body weight would be a good thing.
What do you estimate your BF% to be at the moment and how long have you been lifting for?0 -
