    TGIF people!!! Yay!

Today I had to do some errands, get my son, and take him to the tutor--all with lil girl. So, lots of tot-carrying (she is SO lazy!). I waited at the park with her til DH showed and then took off for a run. It wasn't as hard as I thought it'd be in the beginning, but then again, I was going pretty slow. Unfortunately with all my errands, I had not gotten to eat, so after about 32minutes, I was very DONE. But not too bad for the first day back, and while still coughing and blowing my nose.

Later I'll hit some planks, assisted pull-ups, OHYEAH, also did about 4 sets of squats while pushing my lil girl on the see saw today. :)

Have a great weekend, readya later!

I know what you mean about inside Tim, I have to force myself on treadmill but I don't like super cold or rain either.

Today will be another 2 miles on treadmill, its a daily challenge in another group i am in for a week. The sun is out right now but cold and 25 mph winds.

I have been watching fun series on netflix that makes time go by faster. I put my treadmill in living room after we built house right behind couch and in front of large window where I can see either tv or beautiful mountains, I don't care about how it looks there, its more if I will use the darn thing!!!!

Sherry glad you were feeling well enough to get out for a run!

Today is my rest day, although I did spend 75 minutes wrestling my extension ladder out of a snowbank, defrosting the ice chunks with my blow dryer so I could extend it, then hauling it into the back yard so I could climb up it to rake snow off my roof & spread some ice melt. I put on my HRM out of curiosity and burned 377 calories in the process.

I'm driving to Fargo tomorrow & back home on Sunday, which will mean 10-11 hours in the car this weekend depending on the roads. I'm planning on getting up early tomorrow to sneak in my long run before I go, then maybe stopping at one of the other branches of my gym on the drive home Sunday for my cardio cross-training. There's a really nice location of my gym 2 hours from home and that would be a nice break in my drive. Plus I'm worried once i get back to town I won't feel like stopping at the gym. My trainer gave me the option to take 2 of the 3 days as rest days, but I'd like to get in at least a light workout.

Really busy day today and need to get things together and get to bed early tonight, as I have a barnhunt test tomorrow to do with my dogs and need to leave the house by 6 am to get to the test by 9 am.

I did squeeze in a 40 minute run this afternoon, did 10 minutes of sprints in the hallway at work (2 sets of 5 minutes), and about 15 minutes of stretching after the run, so 60 minutes of exercise done!
