Love today's saying Tim!
I'm traveling today & tomorrow. Woke up early this morning to pull my house together & get in a run before getting on the road. Half done picking up the house & trying to talk myself into my run but really just want to go back to bed for a couple hours.

GREAT quote today!
Today I took my son to a lesson and to do some shopping, so a bit of walking, but mainly my legs are super sore today--probably from the squats yesterday, but also from getting back to running yesterday too, I guess. Those were just bodyweight squats(!) (well except I was pushing the seesaw down with my hands, so a little like a goblet squat)--so that tells you how much I wasted away through my husband's busy season and being sick. I need to really dedicate myself to finding SOMETHING to do even when I'm with the kids or sick or whatever, so that that doesn't happen again.
Anyway, we have to take the kids to a big birthday party (probably the whole 4th grade+ will be there) in a couple of hours, so today is pretty much a rest day besides planks and assisted pull-ups that I'll do. Guess I'll throw in some squats too, just to keep up my momentum.

Taking the weekend off letting my body continue to relax so I'll be ready to go on Monday.0

Nia class this morning and still have to do my two miles on treadmill, it's a challenge another team to do 2 miles a day for a week....better put my wine down! Lol. We are watching football Seahawk fans in WA.0

Went to a barnhunt test with my dogs. Since I decided that dog event days are exempt from my hour work days, I'm still on schedule this week. As usual, without actually doing much real exercise, my muscles were sore and stiff after the drive home and I was exhausted.0
