Well, no workout today, but all the Christmas stuff is put away and the furniture back to it's normal place. Planks & assisted pull-ups & squats are still ON daily (as many as I get around to in my "here & there" time--marked in calendar for accountability).

Ran for an hour today, then some stretching. It felt chilly when I started, but I was warm once I got going. Walked to the bike path, then ran along it, then ran up the hill, turned around and ran down the hill and home. My dog, Fells, ran with me as usual. We enjoyed it.

Worked out 30mins. My calves are really hurting, probably more from my safety work boots and plant stairs at work than anything else...

Still not eating right but finally got groceries and a meal plan set up for this week so that should help.

I did run 10K yesterday morning before heading out of town.

Had a great trip, and the concert I went for was fantastic. I decided not to worry about my eating over the weekend, but when I got back to town I went to the grocery store & stocked up on healthy foods. Ready to get back on track this week. Taking a rest day - I'm exhausted to the point where I'm dizzy, and after being gone most of the weekend I want an evening at home to do laundry, prep some of the food I bought, snuggle with my kitties, and just have some down time. When I get run down I tend to get sick, and the friend I stayed with this weekend & her daughter both had colds (and her husband & other daughter were coughing), so I'm considering this rest day preventative measures.
