Hi there
I am so pleased that so many of you have joined the Wednesday weigh in group! We have members from all around the world, so this is a truely international effort!
Keep tracking all of your calories, try to get some excercise (no matter if it's just a small amount), and try to avoid processed unhealthy foods. Eat fruit, veggies and lean protein and fish means you can eat more of the good stuff in your calorie allowance and avoid hunger.
