what weights do you use?

Hi!

I was curious to as which weights you are using?

Having already done 30DS and RI30 I have started with:
Workout 1: 2.25kg (4lbs???)
Workout 2: 4.75 kg (8lbs???)

I have adjustables not dumbbells so have to do all workout with same weights or I lose time... Not ideal but ok for now :)

    Hello! :-) ive always used 5 pounds weights when i work out.

    Hi there! I use 3 on my recovering shoulder but 5, 8 & 10 for biceps & upper back.
  • I have adjustable weights as well which are definitely not ideal. I'm thinking about purchasing some 5lb and 8 lb dumbells just to make things easier.

    I use my whole array--5 lbs, 8 lbs, 10 lbs, 12 lbs, and today I even used my 15 lbs on the biceps.

    I am trying to think like the "lift heavy" people and use a weight that exhausts me in 10 reps.
  • I use adjustable weights too but don't like it so much either.
    I wanted to get 5 and 8 pound weights to use as well.
    I also use heavier 10KG discs for ab moves.
