frustrated beyond belief

Hi,
I am so beyond frustrated at this moment. I am on medithin which is a very low carb diet. I have been low carb for about seven weeks. I have been in ketosis for quite some time, yet, I still am not losing any weight. I weigh in each Monday and I am so frustrated! I began exercising last week and I am not new to exercise..after 10 minutes on elliptical my body felt like lead. I am thinking its the lack of carbs.

Prior to this it took me 2 years to lose 35 pounds. I've been to 2 dieticians and had an encornie work up when doctors couldn't figure out why I can't/don't lose weight. I am 5 feet tall and weigh 166 pounds which is still obese! I want to be healthy and don't understand why it is so difficult!

Thanks for the rant...and any information.

Dawn

Isn't Medithin a supervised plan (I think it's Very Low Cal, in addition to low carb)? Sorry - I'm not too familiar with it. It might be best yo discuss with the clinic where you are doing this. It sounds like a metabolic issue, if you've been following this for 7 weeks with no weight loss.

I cannot see you diary, so cannot help you there. And you didn't say what you calorie targets, and macro targets are. With this information, we would be in a better position to help.

As a stab in the dark, I think you may be too low on calories? But, I'm saying this with lack if information (as stated above).
