    Tomorrow is turkey day with all the fixings. I've planned out my meal so I stay under my calorie goal for the day...just need to stick with the plan now!

    Got my butt kicked in circuit class tonight but I loved it. I think I probably burned quite a few more calories than normal......she really worked us hard. I can tell I'm getting stronger though.

    Even saved enough calories today for that much needed wine tonight. My husband is traveling for work this week and I am home with the kiddos myself in a snow storm. Talk about wanting to eat out of emotion. I have a great neighbor who help me clean out my driveway tonight so hopefully I can get back to the office tomorrow.

    I am out for this month. My mom passed away his past Saturday after a 6 month fight with cancer. I have not been able to get my 20 minutes in a day. Please add me back next month. I am going to need it.

    Calorie budget? No I did great except the social mixer with some apps, even though it was just some tasting I did it was enough to throw me off
    Exec rise yes I was so excited because where my conference is in the hotel the gym is just down the hall so I would go in on my breaks to get in my time and steps but wasn't enough
    Tracking. Yes

    Nia class and walked two miles on treadmill, went out for happy hour but shared salad with friend and did extra exercise to make up for wine.

    So, so sorry to hear this, my sincere condolences. Look after yourself and loved ones. As a side note I remember that in December's challenge one could take sick days. Maybe this can be treated as such and you can still come back in a few days should you want to do so. Something to keep your focus and you won't have to wait till next month.

    My sincerest condolences. My mom passed away from cancer about 10 years ago and I miss her still. Allow yourself to grieve, and come back to us when you are ready.

    Oh no, I'm so sorry for your loss. Give yourself some time and then come back to us. I lost a very dear cousin between Christmas and New Years and had to drop out of December's challenge. I barely made it back by Jan. 1 but I think it helps having something to focus on that's unrelated to what you're going through and that's just for you.

    Caradae, when do sign-ups start for February and how do I find the Feb group?

    I nearly starved myself all day yesterday in preparation for a dinner outing with my friend - even planned my order in ahead of time but just couldn't stick to it when I was there.

    On a good note, I am feeling better after eating well that last 7 days than I have for a long time. I will try my best to keep journaling/counting this month so I don't undo what progress I have already made!
