Caradae, when do sign-ups start for February and how do I find the Feb group?
I nearly starved myself all day yesterday in preparation for a dinner outing with my friend - even planned my order in ahead of time but just couldn't stick to it when I was there.

Hello matey, great attitude for planning ahead etc, shame it did not work out. I nearly fell by the wayside yesterday, I was soooo hungry last night, but that's because of eating a lot of crap. Must choose nutritious stuff carefully. See you in February.0 -

I am out for this month. My mom passed away his past Saturday after a 6 month fight with cancer. I have not been able to get my 20 minutes in a day. Please add me back next month. I am going to need it.

Calorie budget? No I did great except the social mixer with some apps, even though it was just some tasting I did it was enough to throw me off
Exec rise yes I was so excited because where my conference is in the hotel the gym is just down the hall so I would go in on my breaks to get in my time and steps but wasn't enough

On a good note, I am feeling better after eating well that last 7 days than I have for a long time. I will try my best to keep journaling/counting this month so I don't undo what progress I have already made!
