Hi All 
I have heard bits and pieces about this keto diet, and although I'm not fond of the word "diet" , I am interested in learning more and trying it out as a Jump start to the new year
I've switched up my nutritional goals lately and have been aiming for lower carbs , so hopefully the lower amount of carbs with this diet won't be too much of a shock to me.
I don't know were to start, or where to find my targets for my Macros. Could someone point me in the right direction?

Approx 23% body fat
