How to track JMBR

How do you all without a hrm track Body Revolution? I have been using circuit training for the workouts and will chose something else for the cardio days but I'm unsure if that is the best choice. What do you all use? Thanks!

    I have a HRM but I used circuit training while my HRM was waiting on a new battery. I think that would be the best way to track it.

    I need a new HRM BUT I had created JMBR as an exercise so I use my one I created .I know it is a bit off bet better than being WAY off.

    What HRM did you get? I need to order one since mineBroke.

    Kara, I have a polar, somewhere. I haven't found it since the move but I believe it was an F6. Maybe. I really liked it and hopefully I find it somewhere.
