Hi all!
Wishing you all a happy new year and hopping your goals are met. I noticed we've all been quiet for couple of weeks now. I know it's not easy logging on or being a part of a group.
I was thinking if we could all come up with different weight loss challenge ideas. Completing the challenge should be our main goal. Here are some points to consider when you give your ideas; Time to start the challenge, rules and guidelines. It would be nice if at the end of each week, we give feedback on what we did, our strengths, successes, weaknesses and challenges.
For example, we could try 50 sit ups or squats in a day for a month, jogging in place for some minutes e,t.c. All Ideas and opinions are welcome!
