Hi
I started doing calisthenics couple of months ago... my target is to be able to do the human flag.
but theres no step by step plan on how to achieve it, so i feel like im basicly running around in circles without getting closer to doing the exercise.
is there anybody who can help me out with this?

Yeah! I started too, just finished my first goal: chin up's and pull up's. I was looking for the same thing.

Look up a guy on Facebook, You Tube and own website, called Al Kavadlo. He is a progressive callisthenics guy and will hae this covered in his internet material. Also good for answering personal messages on training.0

One exercise with quite a bit of crossover to the human flag is the one arm handstand.
Getting good at doing wall one arm handstands will assist greatly with flag training.0 -

woooow i totally forgot about this... people actually replied... fyi "HEY LOU, again ;p"
I once tried, after a 1.5h muay thai training, to do the human flag and i got as far as "a one count with bent legs"
So i briefly expirienced hanging horizontally, enough to keep motivation high, coz before that I was giving up on it...

That's one goal of mine too... General ab work can help strengthen the core, especially Plank and Side Plank.0
