Go for it.
You can add it in your MFP right now
My home > check in > track additional measurements
add a line for each time of day you check your blood sugar (each line of a measurement can only be tracked once per day so adding ONE field for blood sugar, entering your breakfast, then lunch then dinner numbers you'd find on review that it only has the dinner value stored.)
you might end up with say
pre-breakfast BS
post breakfast BS
pre lunch BS
post lunch BS
etc until you have enough lines for your needs.
Blood pressure can also be added there
add a line for systolic
a line for diastolic and a BPM line if desired
anything you can specifically measure can be tracked, Bodyfat %, body parts other than the default 5, etc
