Hello everyone,
I'm obviously new to this group. I am 5' 4" and weigh 138. This is the heaviest I have been. My goal is toning and losing 10 lbs. I have three daughters 15, 13 and 7. I decided this year I was going to start doing a few things for myself . I go to my local Kroc center Tuesday Wednesday and Thursdays 5-6am before work with a friend. Currently I am doing strength training and training for a Run or Dye event coming up. I was thrilled to find this group as it is sometimes difficult to find support and companionship when you are not obese. I use MFP to track my food intake although I am not on any strict diet. I hope to get to know some of you!

Those Run & Dye events look so fun! I am by no means a runner, though!!0 -
LOL I am not a runner either but I figured it would be good motivation to keep up with my fitness! 10 lbs seems so hard to lose!0

Welcome! 138 was where I started too! I'm now hovering 119-121 and aiming for 115. It's definitely a rough road when it's only 10-20 to lose. Patience, patience patience!!0
