First Half-Marathon and Resistance Training- Advice Please

One of my resolutions for the year is to complete a half-marathon I want to sign up for a marathon in June. Previously I've done 10k's but the last one was 2 years ago. Is 20 weeks enough time to train for a half-marathon?
I've also started weight training and find that the days following lower body strength training my legs are sore and it affects my running. Should I cut back on strength training? I used to strength train 5 days a week focusing on different muscles, should I cut down on the amount of strength training in order to focus more on running?
Where can I find a good half-marathon training program?
Thanks so much for any advice and insight.

If you done a 10K then I think you be ready for a half by June. A half is just 2 back to back 10K's. I have done neither and I am already signed up for my first 10K in March and my first half in April. I started running consistently since the beginning of October.0 -
marathonrookie.com has a great training program for beginners ( I still use it and just tweek it a little). I do my weight training during cold winter months and when I start running in the spring, I cut back to resistance bands and body weight exercises to help keep me "upright" when running.0
