Hello All!
Yesterday I had a bad day, stressed so much that my workout didn't relieve it! Although usually that would make one eat more, yesterday i did not eat enough. Which is also unhealthy, will do better today. Our body must have sufficient nutrition to function properly, remember that. If you're sluggish and out of sorts ,maybe your body is missing something, have a banana.
What are some of the ways you all relieve stress??

I was on here Fri. don't know why I didn't see your post then.(?) I tend to eat more when I don't get enough sleep . . . . which is always 2 weeks before you know what from my hormones all out of wack along w/the cravings! When I'm stressed there is 3 things . . . pray, eat, excersise (not necessarily in that order). Hope you were able to de-stress & get back to your macros!!0
