This information is taken from Drugs.com which is the website I have to use for research for work.

levothyroxine ↔ multivitamins with minerals
Moderate Drug Interaction
Using multivitamin with minerals together with levothyroxine may decrease the effects of levothyroxine. You should separate the administration of levothyroxine and multivitamin with minerals by at least 4 hours. If your doctor does prescribe these medications together, you may need a dose adjustment or special test to safely use both medications. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

levothyroxine ↔ food
Moderate Food Interaction
The timing of meals relative to your levothyroxine dose can affect absorption of the drug. Therefore, levothyroxine should be taken on a consistent schedule with regard to time of day and relation to meals so as to maintain steady blood levels. In addition, absorption of levothyroxine may be decreased by foods such as soybean flour, cotton seed meal, walnuts, dietary fiber, calcium, and calcium fortified juices. These foods should be avoided within several hours of dosing if possible.

High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)
Severe Potential Hazard, High plausibility
thyroid hormones - cardiovascular disease

Thyroid hormones cause increases in myocardial contractility and heart rate as a result of increased metabolic demands and oxygen consumption. Therapy with thyroid hormones should be administered cautiously and initiated at reduced dosages in patients with cardiovascular disorders such as angina, coronary artery disease, and hypertension. Clinical monitoring of cardiovascular function is recommended. If chest pain or exacerbation of cardiovascular disease occurs, the dosage of thyroid hormone should be reduced, even at the expense of achieving euthyroid state. Thyroid hormones should not be administered to patients with an acute myocardial infarction that is not complicated by hypothyroidism.

On the Synthroid website the only "specifics" they list are: Infant soy formula, walnuts, cotton seed meal and high fiber foods. They don't list an actual amount of fiber or the specific foods. I take in about 10g of fiber a day and Synthroid is still working fine. Their page says "if you eat these foods, your dose may need to be adjusted."

I've been told not to eat any calcium, soy, zinc, caffeine, or eggs within 4 hours of taking the medication.

I take my pill WITH my coffee lol and my blood work is fine, so I know it;s being absorbed. The info came from the actual Synthroid site and some of it surprises me I guess.
