Just thought I should share what I did today.
Jump Ropes - Double Jump - 50 Count (over daily)
Jumping Jacks - 1-2-3-4 Set - 10 Count (under daily)
Push Ups - Using Push Up Stand - 5 Count (on point with daily)
Sit Ups - More like Crunches - 10 Count (on point with daily)
Squats - Normal - 20 Count (on point with daily)
And finished with 32 minutes of walking/jogging (man that burned)
Edited because I forgot what I burned. 378 cals. Felt pretty good.

Awesome, might add some of these into the challenges starting next week...Didnt get much in today but was on my feet all day long so my calfs are hurting. Keep on forgetting to do abs and some dumbbells but thinking shortly I will but want my legs to rest0
