i found the challenge very challenging and didnt do well in the burnout, but i use the perfect pushups elite instead of tony horton's power stands and it was my first time using them so it was extreamly difficult. my numbers were low but i went to failure. the wide pushups were the hardest for me, along with the military pushups! looking forward to cvx and day 5 tomorrow! Way to bring it today!

I went to failure as well. 20 girl push ups and 15 pull ups with a chair assist. I like military push ups. Im used to doing them in my piyo classes and insanity/t25 class loves to target the triceps. My very last push up in burnout gave out....I think that makes for a good workout :)

I feel it the day after. Really sore arms and wrists. I did 10 pushups (not girly ones but also not full range of depth) and 10 pull ups (chair assist). I loved the burnout but didn't get the idea of 1-3 so I did 2-3. :)
    Burnt 270kcal and some frustration!

Also since I did not many reps per set, I filled in the time with random cardio exercises like jumping jacks and high knees.
